Shipping and Returns

We ship via USPS. If you're located outside the United States please message us to coordinate shipping. 

If you add a pre-order to your box which also contains in stock glasses, your box will ship once the pre-order arrives in our warehouse. 

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. 

If your glass is broken upon arrival, email us with a picture within 2 days of the arrival date and we will respond with a label for you to send the defective item back and we will ship you a replacement.
